IMPORTANTE

El número de amarres disponibles es limitado. Se aceptarán las embarcaciones por riguroso orden, en base a la fecha de pago de los derechos de inscripción, por lo que se recomienda realizar el pago lo antes posible. La documentación podrá enviarse posteriormente hasta el 19 de marzo 2026. Puede consultar el precio de los derechos de inscripción y el número de cuenta para realizar la transferencia en el ANUNCIO DE REGATA.

The number of available berths is limited. Boats will be accepted strictly in order of the date on which the registration fee is paid, so it is recommended to make the payment as soon as possible. Documentation may be submitted afterwards, until 19 March 2026. You can consult the registration fee and the bank account number for making the transfer in the NOTICE OF RACE.

RESPONSABILIDAD Y DATOS PERSONALES

Con el envío de este formulario el propietario o disponente del yate Declara:

• Que acepta las condiciones señaladas en el Anuncio de Regata y se somete al reglamento de la World Sailing, a las prescripciones de las Federaciones, a las reglas ORC, así como a las Instrucciones de Regata.
• Que acepta y asume cualquier responsabilidad que pudiera derivarse de la construcción de su yate y aparejo, de sus condiciones de seguridad, del cumplimiento de las disposiciones vigentes, tanto de la Autoridad Marítima como de la Deportiva y de cuanto pueda acaecer al no cumplir estrictamente cuanto este establecido.
• Que acepta toda la responsabilidad del armador indicada en el Anuncio de Regatas y en las Instrucciones de Regata y exime de toda responsabilidad a las entidades organizadoras y patrocinadoras de La Ruta de la Sal por accidentes acaecidos a personas o cosas, daños o cualquier cosa que pudiera ocurrir en la mar o en tierra a consecuencia de la participación de su barco en esta regata.
• Que tiene un seguro adecuado para la tripulación y barco. Que ha informado a su tripulación de la presente asunción de responsabilidad, y en su nombre también exonera de toda responsabilidad a las entidades organizadoras, entidades colaboradoras, así como los demás organismos colaboradores y las demás firmas que patrocinan y colaboran en la regata, asumiendo a su cargo cualquier daño o perjuicio que pueda ser consecuencia de la participación de su yate en la regata de altura La Ruta de la Sal.

De acuerdo con la ley 15/1999 le informamos que los datos que Vd. Proporciona serán incluidos en nuestros ficheros con el fin de remitirle información sobre esta y futuras regatas. Vd. tiene el derecho de acceder a esta información que le pertenece, ratificarla, cancelarla así como oponerse a su tratamiento. Estos datos podrán ser facilitados a los respectivos puertos de salida y llegada de la regata para la gestión de los amarres.

RESPONSIBILITY AND PERSONAL DATA

By submitting this form, the owner or person in charge of the yacht declares:

• That they accept the conditions set out in the Notice of Race and submit to the World Sailing regulations, the prescriptions of the Federations, the ORC rules, as well as the Sailing Instructions.
• That they accept and assume any liability that may arise from the construction of their yacht and rigging, from its safety conditions, from compliance with the applicable regulations issued by both the Maritime Authority and the Sports Authority, and from anything that may occur as a consequence of failing to strictly comply with what is established.
• That they accept all owner’s responsibilities indicated in the Notice of Race and in the Sailing Instructions, and release the organizing and sponsoring entities of La Ruta de la Sal from any liability for accidents to persons or property, damage, or anything else that may occur at sea or on land as a result of their boat’s participation in this regatta.
• That they have adequate insurance for both the crew and the boat. That they have informed their crew of this assumption of responsibility, and on their behalf also release the organizing entities, collaborating entities, as well as other supporting bodies and partner companies of the regatta, from all liability, assuming full responsibility for any damage or loss that may result from the participation of their yacht in the offshore race La Ruta de la Sal.

In accordance with Law 15/1999, you are hereby informed that the data you provide will be included in our files for the purpose of sending you information about this and future regattas. You have the right to access this information, rectify it, cancel it, and oppose its processing. This data may be provided to the respective departure and arrival ports of the regatta for berth management purposes.
