Yo, como tripulante de una embarcación participante en La Ruta de la Sal 2025, declaro que participo voluntariamente en la regata, asumiendo los riesgos inherentes a la navegación marítima bajo mi exclusiva responsabilidad; estar en condiciones físicas adecuadas y disponer de cobertura médica o seguro; y exonero a la Organización de La Ruta de la Sal, Comité de Regata, patrocinadores y colaboradores de cualquier responsabilidad derivada de mi participación.
I, as a crew member of a yacht participating in La Ruta de la Sal Rumbo Ibiza, declare that I participate voluntarily in the regatta, assuming the risks inherent to offshore sailing under my sole responsibility; that I am in adequate physical condition and have appropriate medical coverage or insurance; and that I release the Organization of La Ruta de la Sal, the Race Committee, sponsors and collaborators from any liability arising from my participation.
Autorizo el tratamiento de mis datos personales para la gestión de la regata y la comunicación de esta y otras regatas organizadas por Enregata. Mis datos podrán ser comunicados a autoridades y puertos para dicha gestión. Podré ejercer mis derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión y oposición conforme a la normativa vigente.
I authorize the processing of my personal data for the management of the regatta and for communications regarding this and other regattas organized by Enregata. My data may be shared with authorities and ports for this purpose. I may exercise my rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection in accordance with the applicable regulations.
